I just started a diet today, which makes maintaining a mac and cheese blog incredibly challenging. I’m so hungry right now that all I can think of is two things: a) a philly cheesesteak with cocktail shrimp tossed into it and b) the contents of this picture, which I found over at a nice little food blog called Once Upon a Small Boston Kitchen. Click on the pic to head on over to the blog but I’ll totally understand if you want to continue staring at this Philly Cheesesteak Mac and Cheese for a little while longer.
